“You have to know what they want, especially on the guitar side, they have to be set up for the individual player, you have to discuss with the customer what they want from the instrument and respond to it – that comes with years of experience,” he said.
While many businesses have felt the pinch of Covid, for the instrument industry however, it has seen perhaps its most active adoption yet.
“There has been a huge increase in the number of people buying instruments across the country.
“E-commerce went crazy, especially during the second two shutdowns, because you could do a bit of clicking and collecting – it was good for us to introduce the principle to new customers,” he said. declared.
