Jack White’s first new solo music since his 2018 album “Boarding House Reach” is due out later today (10/18/21).

The former White Stripes rocker and frontman of the Raconteurs has announced that his new single, “Taking Me Back”, will arrive at 5pm BST.

A preview of the song was featured in a trailer for “Call of Duty: Vanguard”.

The 46-year-old musician recently opened his Third Man Records headquarters in London performing from The Blue Basement at the Marshall Street store in Soho, before hitting the road to perform on the balcony of Damien Hirst’s apartment building.

In the midst of the pandemic, hitmaker’s label “My Doorbell” staged a series of home concert series.

In December, Billie Eilish released an acoustic live album recorded at Third Man Records studio in Nashville.

The hit singer “No Time To Die” and her collaborator and brother, Finneas, have teamed up on “Live At Third Man”; two exclusive vinyls available only in VMR stores.

Fans could get their hands on a green vinyl edition available in Nashville and Detroit, and a handful of two-tone black and blue copies, which featured artwork designed by Billie herself, only in Nashville.

The record featured their intimate rendition of the “bad guy” from Billie’s debut album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”.

While the “Steady As She Goes” hitmaker just opened a Third Man store in central London, Jack admitted that he preferred to take the music to smaller places.

He recently said: “Dude, I have to tell you, I would open Third Man stores in the back streets of poor neighborhoods rather than in central London if I could.

“In my neighborhood, we have never had a record store or a bookstore. It probably has a lot to do with my idea of Third Man as churches for an arts religion where, to give a romantic touch, we spread the gospel.

“I like the idea that a kid can be drawn into the store by the colors and the sparkles, and then be drawn to a life-changing punk record.”
